After I met them during our consultation, I have to admit, I left their house wondering how our session was going to be. It seemed that Alex had some concerns and was a bit uneasy about the photo session; however, and to my surprise, the day of the shoot they were nothing less that FANTASTIC! Ridda and Alex were super easy going, relaxed and just up for a great time plus Andrew and baby Matthew were beyond good. Such calm and nice kids! So yes, we had an amazing afternoon filled with laugher and good times (Ridda you crack me up and your laugh is so contagious!).

Ridda, Alex & Kids you were a joy to work with and I can’t wait to photograph your family many more times as your kids grow :)

The Make up artists were doing some amazing make up on the dancers of Masala Middle Eastern Dance Fusion (Check them out they do some awesome performances! Imagine having them at your event, how COOL would that be?). Although, I photographed all the beautiful ladies that are part of this troop, Erin, the co-director, was my very favorite (Don’t get me wrong, all of them are absolutely nice, but I just LOVE LOVE Erin’s costume).

I have photographed these two cuties four times in the past three years and I feel very lucky to be chosen by their parents over and over again. M&M are very dear to my heart, you see, they are not only cute, funny, respectful and just gorgeous, but most importantly they are extremely kind and always welcome me with a huge hug and a kiss! Not only that, but they were the very first kids I photographed. Our first photo shoot was a joy despite the hot weather and they made me feel so comfortable doing my job that I knew I was in the right path! Max & Mattie THANK YOU for showing me that I was meant to be a family photographer!

Last week M&M and his parents moved to Texas. I am super happy for them and all the new great things that will come their way, but I am sure I am going to miss this pair.

Goodbyes are for now and not for ever, so until next time bambinos (hopefully will be very soon!) and please don’t grow up so fast! :)
