The garden offers two different types of packages: one for couples only looking to host their ceremony there, and a second package that covers both the ceremony and reception.
Prices vary depending on the day of the week, with rates being higher on Saturdays compared to Fridays and Sundays. The best rates are offered Mondays through Thursdays.
In addition to the base rental fee, the garden requires additional charges for:

It’s important to note that Fairchild operates as a venue-only facility. Renters are required to select and provide their own team of professional vendors.
All vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 combined public liability for personal injury and property damage.

At What Time Does The Party End?
For both indoor and outdoor events on Fridays and Saturdays, the party must end by 11:45 pm. Sundays through Thursdays the party must end by 10:45 pm.
