This Miami Garden Wedding was an absolute delight! Let me tell you their story:
Marcela and Cary met during law school, at a bar where all great love stories begin.
After dating for a couple of months Cary knew that Marcela was the one, so he did what any man in love does… he visited her family back in Colombia, ate endless amounts of Arepas (you know the corn cake thing that Colombians can’t get enough of), and obviously learned a little Spanish so he could chat with his future in-laws.
Fast-forward a couple of months and he took Marcela on a date to the Olympian Theater where he proposed!
I love that Cary gave Marcela an Emerald ring, instead of the conventional diamond; Marcela is Colombian and Emeralds are the national gemstone of the country.
When planning their wedding, they wanted to keep it simple and stay true to who they are. That means a low key wedding, yet beautiful and very special.
For the location, they chose Redland Ranch in Homestead, Fl and it turned out to be just spectacular!
Marcela + Cary, it was an honor to be a part of your wedding day. You’re both exceptional people and I wish you absolutely the best!
