Fairchild Tropical Botanical Gardens Engagement Photo Guide
Location & Hours Of Operation:
Located at 10901 Old Cutler Rd, Coral Gables, FL 33156, the gardens can be accessed relatively easily.
If you are driving, there are plenty of free parking spaces, and if you are taking an Uber or taxi, you can be dropped off right at the entrance of the garden.
The garden is open daily from 10 am until 5 pm.
Photo Permit:
Whether you are a member of the garden or just a visitor, you must obtain a photo permit at the admission counter.
The price of the permit varies depending on the size of the group, so keep that in mind if you are bringing an entourage with you (like a makeup artist or best friend to hold your stuff…)
Rates include access to the garden for up to two hours.
What to wear for your Engagement Session:
You can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, but since the garden is big and there are lots of spaces to see, make sure that you wear flats or wedges (if you are choosing heels).
Depending on the month, you might experience mosquitoes, so make sure you wear repellent or that your outfit has long sleeves.
I advise my clients not to wear the color green as the garden is, well… very green!
