If you have been thinking about having some Miami Design District Engagement photos, then you are in the right place to get some information and inspiration!
Tips on how to plan your Engagement Photo Session at The Design District
This neighborhood is perfect if you are looking to have some amazing and colorful images that are full of texture and a chic vibe.
Besides its posh and modern vibe, the Miami Design District has tons of intimate corners and enticing textures, making this location an amazing place to capture some cool engagement photos.
Location and Parking:
The Design District neighborhood is several blocks worth of the best Miami has to offer just north of downtown, but If you are looking for an address to type into your GPS this one will bring you right to the heart of it 140 NE 39th St. Miami, FL 33137
There are several parking lots around and even valet parking if you want to avoid searching around for a spot.
Do You need a permit to take photos in the Design District?
As their own website states: “the neighborhood is photo-friendly!” (unless you’re doing commercial photography, then you need a city permit), just keep in mind that this is a public space and there will be others around you.
One thing that’s important to point out is that during the weekend this location is extremely busy, so if you and your partner are a bit shy, I suggest doing your session on a weekday instead of the weekend. Either way, you’ll be seen so put on your best show.
What to wear for your Miami Design District Engagement Photos?
Literally, anything goes! What makes you feel beautiful and posh? Then go with that! The overall vibe of the place is elegant, but also playful so you can dress up or wear something casual.
Keep in mind that you are going to do some walking, so make sure you have comfortable shoes that can easily get you at least 4-5 blocks.
