The Palms Hotel and Spa Wedding Cost:
The venue rental fee varies depending on the season and day of the week.
Peek season for weddings is October through May, so keep this in mind as your booking fee will be higher than in the Summer months.
The venue fee includes a food & beverage minimum that all couples must meet, plus an additional location fee. This fee includes tables, chairs, and a dance floor.
How Many Guests Can You Host?
The Palms Hotel and Spa can accommodate many sizes of celebrations, from a very intimate wedding to up to 158 guests indoors and 180 outdoors.
Wedding Spaces The Palms Hotel & Spa Offers:
This hotel offers a variety of spaces that you can choose from.
For starters, if you want to have a beach ceremony you can! The hotel will take care of the permit. Just keep in mind that in Florida the beaches are public and you will have bystanders.
An additional, and favorite, outdoor location for your ceremony can be the Gazebo.
I have photographed outdoor weddings by the garden and on the deck.
For indoor weddings, there are two ballrooms to consider, depending on the size of your wedding.
At What Time Does The Party Ends?
For outdoor celebrations, the party must end at 11 pm. For indoor celebrations, the party must end at 12 pm.
The Palms Hotel and Spa works with some of the most amazing and talented vendors in South Florida and they provide a list of them to their couples.
If you want to work with your own vendors, you are more than welcome to do so; however, there are some services that are exclusive to the hotel. Catering as this service is provided exclusively by the hotel.
