Villa Woodbine has a charm that you just can’t deny. Its Mediterranean-Renaissance architecture plus the privacy of its garden and courtyard gives you the idea that you are no longer in Miami, but instead somewhere in Europe. Hence this is perfect for couples that are looking to add some extra charm to their wedding aesthetic.
The Villa is perfect for intimate ceremonies, yet the garden is big enough to accommodate large weddings.

This is a perfect Miami wedding venue for couples that have guests coming from out of town as it’s perfectly located in the heart of Coconut Grove, surrounded by posh hotels and easy access to the Miami International Airport and the beach.
Villa Woodbine Wedding Cost:
Villa Woodbine wedding venue rental fee varies depending on weekday vs weekend weddings.
The venue rental fee includes valet parking, restroom attendee, security, Bridal Suite access, basic lighting, and cleaning fees.
The venue rental fees don’t include catering, flowers, music, photography, or a wedding planner. Those are services that you need to hire separately.

How Many Guests The Villa Can Accommodate?
Villa Woodbine can accommodate many sizes of celebrations, from a very intimate wedding to up to 250 guests.
How Many Spaces The Villa Offers:
Villa Woodbine is an intimate venue, yet it has three different ceremony sites (depending on the size of your wedding) and a beautiful garden for the reception.
Dancing happens in the courtyard, giving your guests a fabulous experience throughout the villa.
Another plus of this venue is its upstairs suite! This large room can accommodate the wedding party allowing them to get ready right at the location. Plus the room’s terrace is one of my favorite locations for portraits.
The Villa doesn’t offer an indoor reception site. 95% of the event space is outdoors and during the months of June to September, due to high temperatures and the rainy season, the main garden is under a clear tent with A/C.
If a rainy day is a concern, no problem, an event tent can be available upon request.
Wedding Vendors:
Villa Woodbine works with some of the most amazing and talented vendors in South Florida and they provide a list of them to their couples.
If you want to work with your own vendors, you are more than welcome to do so, except for the catering. Villa Woodbine catering is exclusively serviced by the outstanding Bill Hansen Catering.
Any vendor that works at Villa Woodbine must present proof of insurance and sign an agreement form.
Who’s the Villa Woodbine Caterer:
The Villa works exclusively with Bill Hansen Catering. For Kosher celebrations, they have a Kosher partner.
At What Time does Villa Woodbine close?
All parties at Villa Woodbine must end by 11 pm
