Located in the heart of South Beach, this hotel is in a prime location for your out-of-town guests to find plenty of restaurants and activities around town.
The hotel itself is located on the beach side and all the rooms have an ocean view. Access to the beach is super simple, making this property a dream location for a Miami destination wedding.
Wedding Spaces The W South Beach Hotel Offers:
Although this hotel sits right on the beach, it has a variety of spaces both indoor and outdoor to cater to any wedding style! You don’t have to get sandy feet if you don’t want to.
Outdoor Spaces:
Beachfront: Perfect for couples that want to get married on the sand! Keep in mind that beaches in Florida are public, and curious bystanders may be around.
Couples that want to have a beachfront ceremony need to obtain a permit. The price of the permit varies depending on the number of guests and production details.
Lawn: The perfect space for a garden wedding. The Lawn is located on the grounds of the hotel and I will say that it’s the perfect spot if one of your main priorities is privacy.
The Lawn can host up to 150 guests.
Grove: A cute space (garden vives) for an intimate wedding ceremony or a small reception space.
Pool Deck: I have photographed several welcome parties in this space and it’s always a perfect setting for a vibrant celebration.
Indoor Spaces:
Great Room: A beautiful space, for large celebrations and for couples that want to avoid the heat and be under A/C.
Studio Rooms: Smaller rooms that are perfect for intimate gatherings.

How Many Guests Can You Host?
The hotel can accommodate many sizes of celebrations, from a very intimate wedding to up to 250 guests.

The hotel has different packages and pricing depending on the season and there is a minimum amount you must meet. Please contact the hotel for an updated price list and availability.
At What Time Does The Party End?
Indoor parties must end a 2 am.
Outdoor music must be lowered to the background level by 11 pm.
Wedding Vendors:
The W South Beach Hotel team works with some of the most amazing and talented vendors in South Florida and they provide a list of them to their couples.
If you want to work with your own vendors, you are more than welcome to do so, except for the catering. as it’s exclusive to the hotel.

What About Rooms And Amenities For Guests?
If you are hosting a destination wedding, or if several of your guests are coming from out of town, you can get a discount on group rates and resort fees.
The Hotel has 408 guest rooms (all of them with ocean views) and provides group-reduced rates based on a minimum of 10 rooms. A minimum room block is required for weddings in high season (Nov–April).
The hotel has a beautiful spa, gym, tennis, and basketball courts, two pools, 5 restaurants, and a nightclub. Giving plenty of options for your guests to never leave the property.
